We are Nina and Lisa, both passionate about the mind-body connection, movement and dance. Together we created Into the Body.

Our mission is to increase body intelligence through movement practices, leading to enhanced well-being.

Workshop: Conscious Body Language in Public Speaking

Our non-profit organisation was seeking a workshop to help us improve our public speaking skills. Nina and Lisa excelled in moderating the workshop on “Conscious Body Language in Public Speaking”. My colleagues and I learned new body postures and exercises to prepare for speeches, which made us feel more confident and empowered. The workshop also served as a valuable team-building activity, allowing us to better understand each other’s strengths and vulnerabilities. The balance between explanations and practice was excellent. Overall, it was interactive, enjoyable and incredibly useful.

C’est un plaisir de retrouver Lisa chaque semaine, souriante et rayonnante, pour une session qui fait du bien au corps et au mental.
